Greyvilla is a 3 double-bedroom 1910 villa on a tree clad ½ acre section that captures all day sun. It is a short walk to Greytown's cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops, and only a short drive to the Wairarapa's reknown wineries, gardens, rivers, walking tracks, and golf courses.
